Review- The Devil and Winnie Flynn by Micol Ostow, David Ostow (Illustrated by)

Winnie Flynn has just lost her mother, and with her father so busy with his work she is sent to New Jersey with her Aunt Maggie, a woman she didn’t know until the day of her mother’s funeral. Maggie is a successful host of a paranormal reality show and has enlisted Winnie as a PA. Winnie is a horror fan to the max, but even she knows that “paranormal phenomenon” is all an act. As the show starts to research the infamous New Jersey Devil, Winnie is forced to confront that fact that there are some things you just can’t prove with science, and that her family is entwined with the New Jersey Devil whether she likes it or not. A fun, quick read, will be recommending to those who like horror genre with some heart.
