We invite members of Fort Collins’ amazing and wonderful poetry community (and everyone else!) to come out and support its newest member: Jodie Hollander! Jodie will be reading from her first full-length collection My Dark Horses

Jodie is a recent Fort Collins transplant originally from Wisconsin. She studied poetry in England and her work has appeared in publications such as The Poetry Review, The Yale Review, and Verse Daily. My Dark Horses follows the story of a daughter’s maturing relationship with her mother. The poems are powerful and immediate and always alert to the surreal comedy of the human condition.
